I began seeing Dr. Ellen McNally in November of 2009. I had an auto accident in 1993 that resulted in an L5 disc herniation. In 1995 I had back surgery. The surgery helped some, but I was not totally out of pain. As a personal trainer and massage therapist I always had to be aware of my limitations.
